Melin Fach is a self-contained purpose built guest suite, on the ground floor of our home with its own private access. The house is up-side down and we live upstairs. We are hidden away at the end of a 100 metre long private driveway, totally secluded but within a few minutes walk of the bustling holiday village of Broad Haven and its gorgeous mile long beach.
The contemporary styled suite was constructed in the early part of 2020 to the highest specifications and briefly comprises of a porch area, a kitchenette including a sink, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave ( but no hob, grill or oven), dining area and bathroom with WC, double sinks, double ended bath and huge shower.
A private and secluded outside seating area is provided for guests, tucked away on the bottom lawn. There is a large seperate storage area ( under our decking ), which can be used for bikes, kayaks surfboards, wetsuits and other important holiday kit!
